How do you ensure glass items don't break during shipping?
We use discrete, heavy-duty double-boxing and premium padding materials to ensure your glass arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event of a breakage, we offer a full replacement if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
What will the charge look like on my bank statement?
To protect your privacy, all orders are billed under a discreet name that does not mention 'Dab Rigs' or 'Bongs'. Your billing statement will reflect our parent company name.
Do you offer a warranty on electronic rigs and nails?
Yes, all electronic hardware and e-nails come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering internal defects. Please keep your original packaging and receipt to facilitate any claims.
What is your return policy for glass products?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Once a piece of glassware has been used, it is no longer eligible for return.
How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your new rig sooner.
Are your products made from high-quality materials?
Absolutely. We specialize in thick, laboratory-grade borosilicate glass which is highly resistant to thermal shock and physical impact compared to standard glass.
