At Dab Rigs & Bongs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your glassware and accessories. If your item is unused and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is completely unused, clean, and in its original packaging, as we cannot accept returns on items that have been used due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your glass items using the original padding and bubble wrap to prevent breakage during transit, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to confirm its unused condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
